I have something very special to share today, a project that is very close to my heart. One year ago, I shared the incredible stroke survival story of Aimeeleigh. Since then she has been inspiring groups and individuals by vocalizing her journey from a patient's perspective. I've had the pleasure of sitting in on most of her motivational speeches and I still get teary reliving the events. Today is the 2 year anniversary of her survival, or a "re-birthday" as she describes as celebrating not being dead. In honor of this very special day I am so excited to announce that her new website aimeeleighcoulter.com is now live!

Aimeeleigh couldn't think of a better way to celebrate than by launching her site. Early last fall, we started to toss around ideas of a website and a fresh photo shoot to launch on her re-birthday. I was so honored when she asked me to be her designer. Not only is this story incredible, but Aimeeleigh and I have become to close. Saying it was a blast to work with her is a complete understatement.

From the start of the design process we both thought that a simplistic and bright template was the way to go. The colors on her website remind me so much of her style. When Aimeeleigh sent me the verbiage for her bio, there was a quote she thought up that sums up her continuing journey so perfectly. I included this quote on the homepage and I think it's so fitting as you first hit the website.

As for the photo shoot, she killed it as usual. We were lucky enough to shoot at her parent's house in beautiful Del Mar. This is almost a glass house so you can only imagine the lighting scenario. I love her fresh look in these photos and the way she styled herself was so on point.

I encourage you to take a look at the new site and read her very first blog post! You can also read other articles about this amazing woman on her press page. I am so proud of her and everything she does. These two years have flown by but one thing remains the same: her incredible heart and smile which she has kept with her since the beginning of it all. Myself and others will continue to be inspired to the core. I can't wait to see what's next.
